Returns

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@killrush.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will be happy to exchange the product at no additional cost to you. We strive to provide great service and thank you for your business.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
